Go to the Sign up page, create a free account and confirm your email if asked. Keep your password private — never share it with anyone claiming to be support.
Open Add funds and choose a payment method. Deposit enough for your first test order; you can always top up later. Balance stays on your panel until you spend it on services.
On Services, filter by platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Check: rate, min/max quantity, average time, and whether refill is included. Start with a small quantity to test quality.
Go to New order, select the service, paste a public link (profile, post or video), set quantity and submit. Wrong or private links are a common reason orders stall.
Watch status under Orders. If something looks stuck past the average time, open a ticket with the order ID. For common questions, see our FAQ or message @itsfollowers_com.
