This Privacy Policy explains how ItsFollowers (https://itsfollowers.com) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our SMM panel for resellers and agencies. By creating an account or using the panel, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

ItsFollowers (itsfollowers.com) operates an online SMM panel that lets registered users browse services, add funds, place orders, and (where enabled) use a reseller API. We do not ask for passwords to your social media accounts; orders typically require public links or usernames only.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the panel, we may process:

Account and profile data

  • Username, email address, and password (stored in hashed form)
  • Optional profile fields you choose to provide
  • Language or interface preferences

Orders and service use

  • Order details (service ID, link/username, quantity, status, timestamps)
  • Refill or ticket history related to your orders
  • API key usage metadata if you use the reseller API (for example request volume and error rates—not the content of third-party social accounts beyond what you submit)

Payments and balance

  • Panel balance and transaction history inside your account
  • Payment status and reference IDs returned by third-party payment processors when you add funds
  • We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card and wallet payments are handled by the payment providers shown on the Add funds page.

Technical and security logs

  • IP address, browser type, device/OS signals, approximate location derived from IP
  • Date/time of access, pages or API endpoints requested, and diagnostic logs needed to keep the panel secure and reliable
  • Cookies or similar technologies required for login sessions (for example CSRF / session cookies)

Communications

  • Messages you send via tickets, Telegram, or email support

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health or biometric data). Please do not submit such information in tickets or order fields.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and manage your account, balance, and orders
  • Process payments through third-party processors and credit your panel balance
  • Provide refill, partial, and support handling consistent with our Terms of Service
  • Operate and secure the panel (fraud prevention, abuse detection, rate limiting, debugging)
  • Improve service reliability and user experience
  • Communicate about account status, orders, security alerts, and (if you opt in or as allowed by law) service announcements
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The panel uses essential cookies for authentication and security (for example session and CSRF protection). These are required for the site to function. If we later enable optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, provide additional notice or controls.

5. Third parties and processors

We share data only as needed to run the service, for example with:

  • Hosting / panel platform providers that host ItsFollowers (including Perfect Panel–based infrastructure and related CDN or server providers)
  • Payment processors and gateways shown on the Add funds page, which receive the payment details you enter with them
  • Email or messaging infrastructure used to deliver transactional notices (if enabled)
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate fraud or abuse

Third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies for the services they provide. We do not control how social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others) process data related to public links you submit for orders.

We do not invent or claim specific analytics products on this site beyond what is actually configured. If analytics tools are added later, this section will be updated.

6. International processing

ItsFollowers may process and store information on servers in more than one country. If you access the panel from outside the country where servers are located, your information may be transferred across borders. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of the service to protect data in transit and at rest.

7. Retention

  • Account data is kept while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
  • Orders and balance history are retained as part of your panel records for operational and accounting purposes.
  • Security logs are kept for a limited period unless a longer retention is needed for investigations.
  • You may request account closure via Telegram @itsfollowers_com or a signed-in ticket; we will delete or anonymize personal data when we no longer have a legitimate need to keep it, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate for an online panel, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and monitoring for abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Protect your password and API key; you are responsible for activity under your credentials.

9. Your rights and choices
